The best in Bangkok! So innovative when it came to lockdowns and restrictions. I never felt like my training was interrupted. Rich's online programs are fun and engaging! 🌟 I decided to join SHRED because I felt like I needed a change up in my training regime and I wanted to try something new including the nutrition aspect which is a huge part of SHRED. The hardest thing I found about this program was sticking to the daily nutritional goals, however working in a community environment and being in contact with the rest of the group daily significantly helped. I started out the program with a small niggling injury that gradually improved over the 6 weeks as well as walking away from the program with a wealth of knowledge around macros and nutrition goals. The best piece of advice I could give someone who is thinking about joining SHRED is to remember to be consistent, give it a go and nothing worth having comes easily. Thanks again to the SHRED2.0 crew and Coach Rich.

Fantastic Gym and The Staff/Personal Trainers are Amazing. I've worked with Richard at the LAB on and Off for a while now and this for me is one of the Best Gyms in Bangkok. I've also had Nutrition Coaching with my package and Rich and the Gang really make a difference to my Health and Mindset when attending the LAB. Highly Recommended to Anyone
