REFINE package

4 weeks (minimum 12 week commitment)

Our Refine package has been designed for those who require a little extra 1 on 1 coaching that is goal orientated for their needs, be that increased mobility, focused strengthening on a specific area or they like the idea of getting a weekly pushed by one of our expert coach’s.

Comprising of 4 x PT session per month to work on technique or acquiring new skills, up to 12 group workouts per month, 1 x accountability coaching session per month and studio access to catch up on any missed sessions or get some focused work in.

Facility access during operating hours
3 x group workout access per week
1 x 30 min accountability coaching session per month on Nutrition – Training – Mindset
