Richard opened The LAB in 2012. It was the first boutique fitness studio in Bangkok of its’ kind and he has continued to drive its’ success and high standard of service through persistence and dedication to clients. He has over 15-years of experience in the personal training business and continues to enjoy helping his clients achieve results every day.

Richard is currently providing services for both clients and corporations globally, face-to-face and online. He says, ‘hybrid training overcomes many barriers for individuals and organisations that want to improve their health, productivity and effectiveness. In this industry, we are required to be more flexible than ever, to meet our client’s need for convenience, timeliness and results.’
