1. The big lunging movements allow the hip flexors to stretch under dynamic tension ??
2. My core is having to engage and stabilise as my lower body and upper body moves ??
3. The spirally thing I’m doing with the big rubber log doesn’t just look cool, I’m mobilising my upper spine as well ??
