- A 60-120 minute consultation either in-person or online to set mutual and realistic goals and objectives.
- Individual macronutrient and nutritional targets based on your dietary requirements.
- Daily check-in communication, weekly progress updates and monthly program adjustment (as necessary).
- Grocery shopping assistance (at additional cost).
