With an ongoing reputation for our classes, The LAB's group fitness training schedule is designed for all clients to maximize their time and effort in the gym. Members can choose to follow a progressive strength and conditioning program at their own pace, based on the variety of classes available each day.

We have 30, 45 and 60-minute classes, making it easier for members to fit a class in around their own schedule. Our coaches will ensure everyone gets the most out of their workout, no matter the level of experience.

42-DAY STRENGTH BUILDING PROGRAM

Next Season: 13 July - 24 August 2019

Knowledge is power. And power is progress.

MASSATHON is for men and women who want to learn proper weight-lifting techniques and improve their strength.

You will learn how to perform deadlifts, squats, bench press and pull-ups safely and effectively as well as various stimulus exercises to achieve muscular response. Your coach will work with you to vary load, volume and intensity each session and your strength will benefit from this progressive overload program.

Working one-on-one with you, we will tailor the right program for your individual experience level and body type to achieve your desired goals.

This program consists of lifting 'hard & heavy' three times per week and following a low intensity steady state (LISS) exercise routine, every other day, allowing your muscles to recover.

Maximise performance with the support of 24/7 nutrition coaching, geared toward building mass. Your trainer will discuss macro-nutrient needs based on individual starting body measurements, reassessing and adjusting these throughout the program as required.

Women@TheLAB is a 5-week program for ladies that want to either lose weight or eat better or both. We're leveraging the power of women who support one another and maximising the energy that empowered women can harness, in order to reach their goals.

This program is limited to a small group to ensure each member receives the one-to-one coaching and support required to see changes in just 5-weeks. Take advantage of the community spirit and make some new, like-minded friends along the way!

NUTRITION COACHING

Optimise your results with one-to-one nutrition coaching. Belle believes there is no overnight weight loss solution as sustainable results take time to achieve but everyone can learn to eat better without "dieting" or feeling deprived.

LAB Release

LAB RELEASE

LAB Release is a one-on-one session to relieve muscle tension and pain. Your practitioner will apply massage gun therapy, massage and stretching techniques to help improve -

- Tight neck & shoulders
- Sore muscles post-workout
- Muscle activation pre-training or event
- General muscle soreness
- Balance out high-intensity or heavy workouts

LAB Release is the first of its kind in Bangkok and available at both studios.

FAQ's

Is the Price quoted per person?

As this is a partner challenge all prices are quoted for 2 persons joining together.

We do have a special members incentive of joining 4 people together and pay just 9,900 between 4 people.

Can I join if I don't go to The LAB?

Yes! We have created the activity tracker which gives you points for all exercise and non exercise activities for you to track in my perfect month planner. All activities that you compete will go towards you and your partners points system

What happens if I am a member and my partner is a non member?

Good news you both can join the program at the MEMBER rate.

Do I get points if I do races?

Yes! We have a special point section to reward you in your efforts for pushing yourself out of your comfort zone.

How do you know if someone has done the workout?

You are only cheating yourself.
