LAB 360 membership



With an ongoing reputation for our classes, The LAB’s group fitness training schedule is designed for all clients to maximize their time and effort in the gym. Members can choose to follow a progressive strength and conditioning program at their own pace, based on the variety of classes available each day.

We have 30, 45 and 60-minute classes, making it easier for members to fit a class in around their own schedule. Our coaches will ensure everyone gets the most out of their workout, no ma stter the level of experience.
