Lab Runners – Special Class for Running Enthusiasts
Hi Lab Rats,
Running every Thursday starting from June, 8th, 2017 – for 4 weeks – from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. at Benjakiti Park.
- Free for all LAB 360 Member & PT Client: Drop in 500 THB
- Every Thursday, June evening, from 6.30pm – 7.30pm join Triathlon, Marathon Winner, and experienced endurance runner Richard Cohen for The LAB Runners Class during this 4-week program at Benjakiti Park from 8th – 29th June.
- Richard’s extensive experience in endurance running & hiking range from Triathlons to incredible self-supported 5-day desert ultramarathons in the toughest atmospheres of the world, including the Atacama Desert!
- LAB Runners is a conditioning program designed for anyone competing in upcoming races or events like Spartan, hiking or running events.
This program teaches you all the appropriate running technique for hills, stairs, downhills, intervals and trails mixed theory and practical.
Come learn to be a real runner, suitable for intermediates, advanced and anyone with a love for running and good cardio.
