– Weekly Shredded Bootcamp every Saturday at 8 am (20th Jan, 27th Jan, 3rd Feb, 10th Feb)
You have the option to choose to do a 5 day or 3 day detox before the program starts.
PLEASE NOTE the the DETOX program will start BEFORE the 5 week project, so please read the note below!
The program starts on Saturday, January 13th. If you choose to do the 5 day detox, you need to do the detox from Monday, January 15th to Friday, January 19th. If you choose the 3 day detox, you will do it from Wednesday, January 17th to Friday, January 19th. You will be given special guidelines on the detox. Do make plans ahead and decide what you want to do. It is not compulsory to do the detox but it’s highly recommended in order to achieve better results.

“I’ve been doing a lot of sports at The Lab and I’ve been feeling great. I check my body and I see that I lose some weight, I just love it now I feel really different. I started the Shredded 17 with three of my friends and it was a very big challenge me. I really wanted to gain a lot of muscle more than lose weight and i had fantastic results. For me, it was quite difficult with the dieting and the sports but we were all there together to improve yourself every time we go back to class. The end the results were just great and we want to continue. Not everything was easy because we have to take pictures of everything we eat every day, every morning, every lunch, and dinner, so no more chocolate. That was very difficult and if you do eat some treats you have some punishments but it’s part of the program! Overall Tony was a great coach and was always my support so it was a really good education of how to eat and how to develop good habits. I think for sure I’m just gonna keep down this journey.

“Hi I’m Jink, I’m 26 and I finished Shredded 17. I’m a girl that didn’t exercise at all for over a couple of years and I gained almost 20 kilos over two years. The main reason I joined this program was to change my habits from no exercise at all to building good habits and changing my routine.
Actually I didn’t have much weight loss but my habits have changed completely. I’ve been eating good food and have incorporated that into my daily habits. I’ve also gotten my chin back from having a circular face! My metabolism age has decreased by 10 years. I think that was the biggest change for me. I went from 49 to 39 years old.
I really loved all of the trainers at The Lab. Everyone is so helpful and they were always checking up on us to see how we’re doing in the program. “Hi, I’m Vanessa and I just turned 41. I joined classes at The Lab about a month ago and then I did the entire 4-week Shredded 17 Program.
It was really an amazing experience for me and I really pushed myself very hard. Before this I was doing Yoga just once a week, so for me this program was extremely efficient, especially with the nutrition plan.
Overall, Shredded 17 helped me to discover myself and push the limits. I had a minor shoulder injury after a week but I still continued the 3 weeks with the injury. It was painful but I wanted to endure with the program. I also lost some weight in the process, especially in my waist and hips. So, I’m really happy with that, along with my performance in class — it really just keep getting better and better.
Coach Tony was a great support, always with a phone call, group chat, just a lot of 1-on-1 help that was really great to feel not alone in the program.

“I’ve just finished the 4 weeks Shredded 17 at The Lab with the help of the brilliant instructors that are there. My goal for Shredded 17 was all about my daughters. Basically what happened was they started saying to me was “Daddy’s Big” with a big fat tummy. It was a bit of a laugh but to be true, I used to be really fit and used to enjoy my fitness and my sort of lifestyle. So I decided to do Shredded 17.
To me, Shredded 17 has 3 major pillars:
The first one is obvious. Running, pushups, all the fitness stuff. But that’s only one of the three components. The other two are just as valuable, possibly even more so. So number 2 is nutrition. If you don’t get the nutrition right, Shredded is not going to be successful for you. You can’t do just the fitness if you’re not supporting it with the right food. The 3rd thing is your mental state of mind.
All three of those combined make up the three pillars that make Shredded 17 so successful.
Now, there’s a special man that brought us all through to the end of these tough 4 weeks and that’s Coach Tony. Tony is an absolute legend. He knows more about fitness, nutrition and mental strength than you’ll ever know. The man is a genius.

“The program was amazing. I knew I needed a kick start after Christmas and so when I saw this advertised I joined up straight away.
