AJ has recently joined our team. His background in health and fitness is extensive. A former military member, AJ competed in swimming, basketball and is even a U.S. National Collegiate Boxing Heavyweight Champion. AJ joins us as a Personal Trainer, strength, conditioning and group fitness coach specialising in weight loss and power and Olympic Lifting.
AJ will be leading a 4-week Barbell Personal Training Program for those interested in focusing on their form, improving strength and power over 8 sessions. You will receive step-by-step coaching, with each session building upon the last, in order to master the basics and perfect your lifting techniques.
The Barbell program package includes 2 sessions per week over 4 weeks. A program will be tailored to your individual needs and goals. Areas covered will include:
