The LAB is the official Spartan Race Thailand Training Partner and we’re excited to introduce a 10-week training package for those chasing Spartan TRIFECTA glory. Our SGX Certified Coaches will prepare you to confront the 21km+ run and more than 30 Signature Spartan Obstacles. You will build upper body strength to take on the rope climb, core strength to support all the heavy lifting you’ll required to do in the Atlas Carry and Hercules Hoist and more.
Weekly Outdoor Bootcamps will acclimatise you; feel the burn and catch your breath in Bangkok’s hot and humid weather to make Race Day less offensive than it might well be otherwise.
This package is for anyone that wants the challenge of The Beast, or to do their best in The Sprint, or just anyone looking for an intensive fitness program. It’s suitable for all levels but the pace will be geared to push you. Join our Spartan Community; the spirit is high as the A-Frame Climb and you’ll feel supported throughout the journey.

The Spartan Kids Race is where kids can run, jump on everything, get muddy, help each other and have a good time whilst conquering obstacles they can be proud of. And this time, 10-13 year olds will get the chance to enter the competitive heat where winners will be sent to the Spartan Regional Finals.
As the official Spartan Race Thailand Training Partner, we’re providing a Spartan Kids program for 7-13 year olds. There will be three rounds of 4-week packages. Choose individual 4-week packages or sign them up for all three! Our SGX Certified Coaches will teach them foundational exercises like burpees and over/unders and focus on strength building exercises that will prepare them for race-day and keep them fit and strong in the process.

If you have ever been hesitant to start lifting weights or afraid of being the only one in the weights area that is not sure know what to do, then this program is for you.
Ladies, by now you are probably aware that lifting heavy is the fastest way to get that sculpted behind; you have also read 10 different articles titled ‘Will lifting make me bulky?’; and now you are probably wondering where to get started.
Or perhaps you have been lifting for a while, but feel like your progress has stalled. This program is also for you.
MASSATHON is a 42-day strength building program for both men and women. You will learn weight-lifting techniques and various stimulus exercises to achieve muscular response. Your coach will work with you to vary load, volume and intensity each session and your strength will benefit from this progressive overload program. Working one-on-one with you, we will tailor the right program for your individual experience level and body type to achieve your desired goals.
This program consists of lifting ’hard & heavy’ three times per week and following a low intensity steady state (LISS) exercise routine, every other day, allowing your muscles to recover.
Maximise performance with the support of 24/7 nutrition coaching, geared toward building mass. Your trainer will discuss macro-nutrient needs based on individual starting body measurements, reassessing and adjusting these throughout the program as required.
Finishing a MASS-A-THON is a state of mind. Signing up is a state of will.

AJ has recently joined our team. His background in health and fitness is extensive. A former military member, AJ competed in swimming, basketball and is even a U.S. National Collegiate Boxing Heavyweight Champion. AJ joins us as a Personal Trainer, strength, conditioning and group fitness coach specialising in weight loss and power and Olympic Lifting.
AJ will be leading a 4-week Barbell Personal Training Program for those interested in focusing on their form, improving strength and power over 8 sessions. You will receive step-by-step coaching, with each session building upon the last, in order to master the basics and perfect your lifting techniques.
