Rishi was born and raised in London, England. After struggling with weight as a child, he made the decision to transform his health and self image while following his passion in fitness. Rishi uses this experience and love for the field from a young age to help relate to a variety of different types of clientele.
Rishi’s focus in personal training centers on conventional strength and aesthetic transformations. Progressive overload is a key part in his holistic approach to resistance training.
He makes sure each client gets a tailor made program that incorporates a suitable diet according to their individual goals. He believes that training should be fun, challenging, progressive, and have a specific purpose for the long term target.
