South African national and Bangkok transplant since 3 years, Coach Melissa creates highly effective interval based training programs to assist her clients in the ultimate combination of fat loss and conditioning. She uses a variety of equipment and movement in her workouts to help her clients meet their desired fitness and health goals.
Melissa strongly believes that in order to have a well rounded physique, you have to combine resistance training and cardio for optimal results. However, she also does not believe in long, grueling workouts and believes that you can get incredible results with thirty minute workouts just 3-4 times a week.
