Experience and Skills
David uses a mix of functional strength and conditioning to help his clients achieve their ultimate fitness goals. He is a huge fan of body weight exercises, and likes to mix this with conventional tools such as barbells and dumbbells in addition to low impact movements inspired by yoga for muscle recovery. He has worked with a variety of clients with different goals, and with each client he carefully plans a training program that suits each individual’s body capacity.
David’s fitness journey started in 2005 in the garage of his parent’s house. David had very little equipment but he experimented with movement and what little equipment he had to create what he called “mon laboratoire” (my LABoratory). In a self-fulfilling prophecy, David is now a personal fitness coach at the LAB in Bangkok.
David is highly motivated and high energy trainer that will do his ultimate best to help you look better, move better, and be healthier – the fun and sustainable way.
