Experience and Skills:
Kay’s fitness journey began as competitive swimmer for 10 years growing up. He pursued Muay Thai for 6 years and decided to further his career in fitness in 2014 after gaining weight in university and weighing in at over 100kg.
His own transformative experience led him to coach others in areas as kickboxing to HIIT training and he specialises in weight-loss. Kay is committed to helping clients get leaner, firmer or shredded and having gone through the experience himself, loves seeing his clients succeed.
