Jack is Managing Director at The LAB and holds a Diploma in Personal Training from the UK. His other qualifications of note include a Crossfit Coach Level 1 certification and the highly regarded Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach certification.
Jack describes his training methods as a blend of functional fitness, traditional strength training, calisthenics, gymnastics, plyometrics and primal movement patterns, pieced together in a program that will most effectively help the client reach their goals, not just for looks but for optimal health and complete strength inside and out. Jack’s approach focuses on installing a shift in mentality towards fitness and health that will give you results that last a lifetime, not just for your next beach holiday.
Jack takes a keen interest in writing and educating others through his monthly column in Men’s Health Thailand, his regular columns and articles in Guru Magazine and Lifestyle Asia, and his blog at BangkokFitness.com.
He also has a strong focus on his own training, recently competing in the Annual Thailand Kettlebell Meet 2014 in the kettlebell snatch, a 5th place finish in the Mizuno River Kwai Kanchanburi 10.5km quarter marathon and a 1st place finish in the 7.5km Singha Obstacle Course Run 2015.
