The snatch and clean and jerk bring speed, power, coordination, agility, accuracy and balance to training and developing a well-rounded athlete. Whilst Olympic weightlifting increases lean body mass and reduces body fat percentage.

Do you want to focus on your coordination and speed, building strength slowly and creating lean muscle in the process?

Join this 4-day intensive workshop detailing the basic Olympic Weightlifting techniques. You will get exclusive coaching by Khun Pattarasuda Suwannaphet and assisted by our own Coach Veronica.

You will learn the basic positions, movement progressions and technical drills for improvement in the snatch, clean and jerk. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about and perform these movements, receiving feedback, coaching and corrections from the coaches throughout the day.

This course is suitable for all levels looking to improve their technical proficiency whilst gaining further understanding of the foundational principals applied in weightlifting. No previous experience in Olympic lifting is required.

Pattarasuda is a Thai weightlifter with 14-years of experience and is now an Olympic Weightlifting Coach. She won gold at the EGAT and competed at the 46 Thailand National Sport in the women's 58 kg category and won the bronze medal with a 72kg snatch and 95kg clean and jerk.

With an ongoing reputation for our classes, The LAB’s group fitness training schedule is designed for all clients to maximize their time and effort in the gym. Members can choose to follow a progressive strength and conditioning program at their own pace, based on the variety of classes available each day.

We have 30, 45 and 60-minute classes, making it easier for members to fit a class in around their own schedule. Our coaches will ensure everyone gets the most out of their workout, no matter the level of experience.

42-DAY STRENGTH BUILDING PROGRAM

Knowledge is power. And power is progress.

MASSATHON is for men and women who want to learn proper weight-lifting techniques and improve their strength.

You will learn how to perform deadlifts, squats, bench press and pull-ups safely and effectively as well as various stimulus exercises to achieve muscular response. Your coach will work with you to vary load, volume and intensity each session and your strength will benefit from this progressive overload program.

Working one-on-one with you, we will tailor the right program for your individual experience level and body type to achieve your desired goals.

This program consists of lifting ’hard & heavy’ three times per week and following a low intensity steady state (LISS) exercise routine, every other day, allowing your muscles to recover.

Maximise performance with the support of 24/7 nutrition coaching, geared toward building mass. Your trainer will discuss macro-nutrient needs based on individual starting body measurements, reassessing and adjusting these throughout the program as required.

Bring Your Own Buddies

BYOB (Bring Your Own Buddies)

Do you and a group of your friends or colleagues want to train together? Would you like to incentivise staff with corporate team building activities or motivate some friends by combining fitness with games?

When you Bring Your Own Buddies, your group can select your trainer, share the cost of private training and choose a time that suits your schedule.

For groups of 2 - 9 people, your trainer will build a program based on your collective goals tailored to your current level of fitness.

Youth Training

YOUTH TRAINING

At The LAB, we fully support youth development and health. Our 45-minute youth training sessions motivate them to get interested in and enjoy exercise to build stronger and more agile bodies as they grow.

REHABILITATION

The LAB’s injury rehabilitation program is based around our tried and tested structural analysis template.
