👉🏻The Vertical👆 Jump 📍Stand with one side (left or right) facing a wall
📍With your feet on the ground, reach up with your arm and mark the highest spot you can reach. 📍From this position, bend your knees slightly and jump as high as you can, marking the spot at the peak of your jump.
📍Try this 3-5 times and choose your highest attempt!
