Lab Foundation – New Class – Sukhumvit Studio Only
We are adding a brand new class – Lab Foundation – onto our Sukhumvit Schedule.
Lab Foundation is a class based on building a solid foundation of fundamental exercises to improve your strength, mobility, posture and overall fitness.
We will be breaking down all the common complex exercises into simple steps that will anyone to follow. Come join now and learn every essential lab movement with proper technique and form.
This class is perfectly suited for:
- Absolute beginners all the way to those with intermediate fitness
- Post injury/rehabilitation
- Correcting postural issues
- Individuals with mobility restrictions or limited mobility
- People who don’t feel so young anymore and need some extra 1-on-1 attention to form
Examples of exercises:
– Squats, Kettlebell movements, Lunges, pushups and many more!
